Our approach: We’ll deliver the systems

Thrive Legal Training and Education can implement and deliver the systems “know how” in time recording, client communication and time and file management to any law firm. We pride ourselves on being able to support businesses through our programs, leaving partners and senior staff with time to stay focused on delivering legal services to their clients, whilst we work quietly in the background improving the processes which deliver the service.
Many of our clients (Partners of law firms) have reported they simply do not have the available time themselves to invest in their staff, which is we why undertake the training on their behalf, keep it on site, file content, relevant and on point.
We want your people to be proficient in time and file management, confident in their dialogue and engagement skills and administratively efficient so they can invest more of their working day in achieving their clients’ legal goals, day-in, day out.
We also want your people to understand and properly appreciate the role and importance of capturing their productive time and teach them how to do it well, quickly and habitually so that time recording becomes a small part of their day.
Our goal is to equip lawyers and administrative staff with the right knowledge and processes to perform their roles so well and so efficiently that the ripple out effect, time and time again, will be-

Our Process
Consultation
We visit your business to learn about your specific requirements and areas of concern and consult with you as to how best to apply the time.
Targeted training
We sit down with your people at their workstation (small groups or individuals) and provide targeted training and education using their files in accordance with your requirements.
Follow up service
Once the training is complete, we return a few days later to review the practical implementation of our time spent together, ensure it’s working well, make any necessary adjustments and answer questions.
Refresher training and continued support
Some clients retain us periodically for short power bursts of refresher training in areas previously covered OR train new employees as they commence OR to simply introduce and implement something new.
About the Director
Ana Grguric was born and bred in Sydney, graduated from Macquarie University in 1998 after completing a Bachelor of Arts (Conflict Resolution)/Bachelor of Laws degree and has been practising law for over 20 years in private practice literally across Australia (Sydney, Perth, Adelaide, Newcastle, Maitland-Hunter Valley) and is currently based in the Hunter Valley, New South Wales where she lives with her husband and children.
She stayed true to her passion for litigation, practicing predominantly in estate, commercial and civil litigation across a broad range of firms- small to large corporate and found her niche in law.
With each new experience in law came new opportunities to do things better, smarter and more efficiently. It was no surprise to her employers across the country that Ana had time within her own full time work load to educate, support and mentor staff in addition to creating smarter ways to operate files, manage clients and record time. FYI, budgets were met or exceeded.
Now, 20 years later, her experiences across the country and across a wide variety of firms, has been bundled up into a very straight forward, relevant and engaging training and education experience. It’s relevant, practical, built from years of experience (so you can avoid the mistakes and tears) and tested time and time again.
By the way, she still practises law in a consultancy role, manages clients, runs litigation files and records time.
